Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 1oz. Packet Dry Onion soup mix
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Red Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic and pork, brown on all sides.
  2. Place pork into crockpot with garlic from skillet.
  3. Add water, red wine, soy sauce, and contents of soup packet. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Cover, set on high for four hours, or on low for 6 hours.
