Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 1oz. Packet Dry Onion soup mix
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Red Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic and pork, brown on all sides.
  • Place pork into crockpot with garlic from skillet.
  • Add water, red wine, soy sauce, and contents of soup packet. Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Cover, set on high for four hours, or on low for 6 hours.
